Shipping and Policies

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours for in stock items. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority however, we will ship UPS/FedEx Ground upon request.

Additional charges for shipping/tax will be billed to you SEPARATELY. In order to keep our costs down, this is the only way we are currently able to bill these fees.

*Hats may be returned within 7 days. They must be returned unused and in their original condition/packaging.

Please note, shipping charges are NOT refundable.

We store only shipping address and information relevant to your order that will help us address any questions you might have. Your online purchases through Paypal are secure. Please note that any Credit Card information remains with PayPal ... and is not available to Betseys Bonnets.


Washington State residents will be charged sales tax of 9.9%.

If you prefer not to use Paypal.. we also accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and money orders. Telephone or fax your order to 206-790-4226 or mail payment to Betseys Bonnets, 6523 California Ave. SW, Seattle Washington 98136. Notify us via telephone or email if you wish to arrange alternate payment methods so that your One-Of-A-Kind hat will be reserved for you.
